220V 110 V AC Barrier Gate Boom Barrier for Entry and Exit
Management
The boom barrier is the most common type of vehicle blocking
device. It is an entrance and exit management device specially used
to manage the driving passage of motor vehicles. It is widely used
in highway toll stations and parking lot management systems to
achieve the purpose of managing vehicle access.
Barrier gate is usually composed of a reduction gear box, a motor,
(or a hydraulic) transmission mechanism, a balancing device, a
chassis, a barrier arm., etc. The electric gate can be
independently realized by a wireless remote control, or can be
managed through a parking lot RFID system. The system is
automatically managed and is often used in conjunction with the
sense of the ground loop detectors (vehicle detectors).

1. Gate Motor

of copper, Hall limiter, thermal protection.
2. Control board
JUTAI control board adopts imported components. The circuit adopts
advanced MCU and Japanese original Omron high-power relay as the
core design. Using mature computer control technology, it develops
a new generation intelligent control system, which realizes the
intelligent control of gates and other controls.
3. High quality spring
In addition to controlling the main board and the motor, the most
important part is the spring. The tension and the relaxation of the
spring are used to achieve the stable rise and fall of the control
boom gate. The JUTAI boom gate spring is a double spring, which has
the advantages of long service life and corrosion resistance.
4. Process materials
The thickness of the sheet metal is 2.0mm. The cabinet is designed
with waterproof structure and the surface is treated with
phosphating process. Huacai spraying, high temperature baking and
car top coating make the chassis in outdoor harsh environment. It
has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, anti-rust,
anti-ultraviolet radiation and sun exposure, which is not easy to
have problem of color fading. Compared with other company’s 1.5mm
cabinets, it is more durable and not easy to fade color.
5. Bottom anti-dip strip
In areas with heavy rain, the gates are often easily immersed in
water containing acidic and viscous materials, causing the cabinet
to be damaged by corrosion and rust. JUTAI barrier gates are
intimately provided with anti-dip strips, which greatly increases
the product servicing life.

7. Anti-collision boom
The existing road barrier gate are prone to bending when facing the
accidental ram of the vehicle, and even the boom arm is broken,
causing great damage to the vehicle and the gate. JUTAI automatic
boom gates are equipped with anti-collision arm. When receiving the
impulse generated by the impact of the vehicle, the brakes will
quickly bounce back to prevent the car from breaking and will not
damage the motor.
8. Double protection against damage
JUTAI also provides infrared photocell beam sensors and vehicle
loop detectors for anti-smashing vehicles.
9. Environmental adaptability
Special antifreeze oil, the motor can still work normally at -40
degrees. When the temperature reaches +75 degrees or more, JUTAI
gate Motor has thermal protection function and can still work
normally.
